We understand that it can be hard to be away from your kiddos but per the request of the wedding venue and us, we are requesting that children under the age of 14 stay home. Safety is our #1 priority and we felt this is not a space that will be safe or enjoyable for young kids. This is a night for adults to unwind, have some good food, good drinks, and celebrate. There will be explicit music played and lots of stuff going on. We want you to be able to focus on the events, friends, family, and more.
Where can we park for the ceremony?
You will be able to park in the:
- A/S lots located in the parking lot of the Chester Fritz Auditorium
- Guest parking off of Davis Drive. This lot is located behind the dorms Johnstone & Smith.
Where can we park for the reception?
The parking ramp located next to Central High School and across the street from the Olive Ann Hotel will be open and free parking. The Olive Ann Hotel has a tunnel connected to this parking ramp on the 3rd floor.
What colors are the wedding party wearing?
The bridesmaids are going to be in a floor-length gown that is in the color Sea Glass (Morilee.com). Claire will be wearing a light purple outfit.
The groomsmen will be in navy tuxes with Sea Glass, and other pastel accents within their ties, pocket square bouquets, and cuff pins. The ushers will be in the same tux but have a different tie.
What should I wear?
The attire for the wedding is semi-formal. We are also encouraging formal attire; this is optional, though. We want you to be comfortable but feel classy and like a million bucks. The bottom line, we want you to have the opportunity to get dressed up! The link below provides much insight into the different types of dress attire. We are happy to provide shopping recommendations too.
The bottom line, do not be afraid to wear something bright or bold. We love color and we love all things unique.

Do you have wedding colors?
The answer is both yes and no. Blue is definitely our staple color when it comes to all of the paper materials. This was inspired by the September flowers, which are morning glories and asters, and the birthstone, sapphire. Our bridal party is going to be more pastel and soft-toned, but we plan on bringing color in where we can.
